Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 14, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Brands by think201 (“Brands”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a platform operated by Think201 at brands.think201.in. By accessing or using Brands, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Brands is an internal tool. It is built and used exclusively by Think201's own team. Access is limited to Think201 team members and is provisioned by a Think201 administrator; it is not available for signup or use by clients or other external parties at this time.

1. The Service

Brands is Think201's internal workspace for managing the client brands it works with — including brand briefs, a credential vault, AI context files, team permissions, trackers, and (where enabled) a Google Ads performance dashboard (“AdPulse”).

2. Accounts & Access

  • Brands is invite-only and restricted to Think201 team members. Accounts are provisioned by a Think201 administrator, and access to individual brands and modules is granted by role and permission — being added to a brand does not by itself grant access to any module.
  • You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, or at the request of Think201.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Access or attempt to access brands, credentials, or data you have not been granted permission to view.
  • Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful content, or content you don't have the right to share.
  • Reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the platform's security or normal operation.
  • Use the platform in a way that violates any applicable law or a third party's rights.

4. Client Data & the Credential Vault

Brands lets your organisation store sensitive information on behalf of the clients you work with — including third-party login credentials, brand briefs, and AI context. You (and your organisation) are responsible for having the right to store and share this information within the platform, and for managing who on your team has access to it. We store credential vault entries encrypted at rest, but you remain responsible for deciding what is stored and who it is shared with via the platform's permission controls.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Brands supports signing in with Google and, where enabled, connecting a Google Ads account through the AdPulse module. Your use of these integrations is also subject to Google's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services, and connecting or disconnecting an integration is your (or your brand admin's) choice at all times. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data these integrations share with us.

6. Intellectual Property

Think201 owns all rights in the Brands platform, including its software, design, and branding. You and your organisation retain ownership of the content you upload (brand briefs, context files, tracker items, and similar). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other's confidential information encountered through use of the platform, and will only use it as needed to provide or receive the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Brands is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think201 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Brands, including loss of data, revenue, or business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Brands at any time, including for a breach of these Terms. Your organisation may also request the deactivation of individual accounts at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Limitation of Liability) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of Brands after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
